These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of EPAVANCE products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Information

EPAVANCE products are food supplements. They are not medicines and should not be used as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Some EPAVANCE formulations are developed as Foods for Special Medical Purposes (FSMPs), and are intended for use under medical supervision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from our website. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT. Payment is processed securely via our chosen payment providers. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. UK standard delivery times apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is returned and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Loyalty & Membership

We may offer a loyalty or subscription programme that provides discounts or exclusive content. By joining, you agree to receive communications related to your membership. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Medical Disclaimer

EPAVANCE products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Where a product is classified or pending classification as an FSMP, it is to be used only under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.

Always consult your doctor before beginning any new nutritional regime, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care, or taking medication.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and trademarks — is the property of SLA Pharma UK Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
